My unruly hair poses a challenge to stylists -- as evidenced by the poor cuts I have received in my past. I commend Rebecca at Sports Clips Framingham! She knows how to deal with my hair, listens to my concerns about hair products (and goes out of her way to find appropriate recommendations), and is always gracious. It is nice to get compliments about my hair from complete strangers. My 30-something son is Rebecca's client as well, and she is as talented dealing with his hair (and beard) as she is with mine. He won't go to anyone else.

My husband sees Rebecca for haircuts and has been 100% satisfied every time!

Awful customer service, a blonde lady there was very rude. my boyfriend simply asked where to sign in/ how and the lady responded with ?right in front of your face?. They also talk rudely about customers and says who calls in the last hour to see if we?re taking cuts. Will never be returning here, walked out after that. Do not recommend.
